line to pose the next question, place a ? in front of your name, like this:

In order to keep things moving, once you have placed the ?, begin typing your question to have
it ready so when the moderator calls on you, all you have to do is press the send button.
No rudeness, no asking questions before you're asked or you may find yourself banned from
our next conference.
